A line survey takes about an hour and costs nothing.
We come to your building. We sit down with your most recent phone bill and go through it line by line, because carrier bills rarely say what a line is actually for. Then we walk your phone room and your panels so we can see where each line terminates and what sits on the other end. Fire alarm dialers, elevator phones, gate callboxes, fax machines, burglar alarm panels, credit card lines.
You leave with a written count: what is still on copper, what each line does, and which lines carry code obligations. That count is the thing nobody can produce from a bill alone, and every accurate quote depends on it.
There is no obligation to buy anything. If the survey shows you are paying for three lines and two of them can simply be cancelled, we will tell you that.
